Meet One Of Ferguson's New City Councilors
ResumeLast August, the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson became a nationally known city after a white police officer, Darren Wilson, shot an 18-year-old black man, Michael Brown.
In the wake of nationwide protests, city officials encouraged Ferguson voters to exercise their right to vote so they could see the change they were fighting for.
