With the spotlight on police shootings around the country, many departments are relying more heavily on “less than lethal” force to subdue suspects. But there's new research that shows the debilitating effects of Tasers may last longer than previously thought. Jimmy Jenkins from Here & Now contributor KJZZ in Phoenix reports.
