For the first time, Apple is allowing app developers to create ad blocking software for Safari’s mobile browser. Software to block ads had previously only been available for desktop browsers. Here & Now media analyst John Carroll tells host Lisa Mullins that it's good news for mobile users, but bad news for publishers and advertisers.
