One in every three kids in the U.S. is either overweight or obese. Researchers say you can blame a lack of exercise and lack of access to healthy, fresh foods - especially among poor children.

Even in Colorado, one of the country’s leanest and most physically active states, childhood obesity is a problem. But this summer, some families are turning to a special program for help.
