A Marine Changes His Mind On Women In Combat

Defense Secretary Ash Carter has until the end of the year to make a decision on combat positions that will be open to women. The Marines asked Carter for a waiver to keep some of its combat jobs closed. Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with a Marine Corps veteran who felt the women he served with in Iraq were a liability. But once Sebastian Bae came home and met other female veterans, he changed his mind. He now supports women in combat.
