The multinational corporation General Electric announced it will move its global headquarters to Boston, Massachusetts, this summer. The company will be leaving Fairfield, Connecticut, where GE has been based for more than 40 years. Davis Dunavin of WSHU in Fairfield reports the local damage will go beyond the loss of a couple of hundred corporate jobs.
