This month has been warm and dry in California and that's not helping the state dig out of its historic five-year drought. Getting snow in the Sierra Nevada mountains is crucial to the state's water supply and the past few winters have also been warm. Lauren Sommer of Here & Now contributor KQED met with some scientists and water experts to find out more.
