First GOP Congressman Dumps Trump; Clinton Gets Convention Bounce

New York Republican Richard Hanna today became the first Republican member of Congress to say he will vote for Hillary Clinton because of Trump's criticism of the Khan family, parents of a Muslim soldier killed in Iraq.

Polls show Hillary Clinton is getting a post-convention bounce of several percentage points. Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with NPR's Scott Detrow about the day's political news.
