The Olympics are supposed to bring us together. People from around the world standing side by side, hand in hand, united in the spirit of healthy competition?

Well, that's not what happened during the 1924 Olympic rugby final between France and the United States. And the events of that day helped keep rugby out of the Olympic program right up until this year in Rio.
