Baton Rouge Still Beset By Massive Flooding
ResumeMore 20,000 people were rescued in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this weekend due to severe flooding. Some 10,000 people are in shelters.
The heavy rain began Friday, and while it has let up a bit, many in the city are still in danger. Dozens of cars remain stranded on Interstate 12 after their passengers were rescued.
