Many are expressing outrage on social media after a father in Glasgow, Montana, pleaded guilty to raping his 12-year-old daughter and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with Montana Assistant Attorney General Dan Guzynski about his proposal to eliminate a loophole used by District Judge John McKeon — who is set to retire next month — when he handed down the sentence. An online petition is calling for McKeon to be impeached.
