Discount retailer Costco is in a legal dispute with Titleist over golf balls.

Last year, Costco started selling very popular low-priced golf balls, and soon after the Kirkland Signature brand ball got great reviews compared to the best-selling, but more expensive, Titleist ball. Then Acushnet Holdings Corp., the company that owns Titleist, accused Costco of violating patent rights and using false advertising. Now Costco has filed a lawsuit against Acushnet.

Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson talks with Jason Bellini (@jasonbellini) of the Wall Street Journal about the case.

This segment aired on March 21, 2017.
