When the Pulitzers were announced this week, a small, family-run paper in northwest Iowa was there, alongside the likes of The New York Times and the Washington Post.

Art Cullen, co-owner and editor of the Storm Lake Times (@SLTimes), won for his "editorials fueled by tenacious reporting, impressive expertise and engaging writing that successfully challenged powerful corporate agricultural interests in Iowa."

Here & Now's Robin Young talks to Cullen about both the prize and the editorials that won it for him.
