The Trump administration budget proposal out Tuesday calls for sharp cuts to programs that provide food stamps, Social Security disability payments, student loan subsidies, crop insurance and state highway funding, as the White House seeks to cut taxes and balance the budget over the next decade.

This segment aired on May 23, 2017.
