LAPD To Begin Yearlong Drone Program
ResumeAfter much controversy, an oversight panel in Los Angeles this week approved a plan for the LAPD to use drones in a yearlong test. The program will be tightly controlled, and weapons and facial-recognition technology won't be allowed.
