Pancreatic cancer is among the deadliest of cancers. But new strides in the lab and in treating patients may lead to better understanding of the causes and progression of the disease.

Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd talks with STAT's Meghana Keshavan (@megkesh) about how these discoveries might help doctors detect and better treat pancreatic cancer.
