President Trump's decision to declare Jerusalem the capital city of Israel is drawing praise and criticism from members of his own party, and reverberating around the world.

Meanwhile, Democratic Sen. Al Franken of Minnesota says he will make an announcement Thursday. A flood of colleagues on Capitol Hill are now calling for him to resign after another woman stepped forward Wednesday morning to accuse him of trying to forcibly kiss her in 2006.
