It's something on pet owners' minds lately as a huge swath of the country continues to deal with below-freezing temperatures: How cold is too cold to take dogs outside for a walk?

Here & Now's Robin Young gets some guidance from Dr. Kim Smyth (@kimtsmyth), a staff veterinarian with pet insurance company Petplan and a pet health writer based in Charlottesville, Virginia.
