Investigators Learn More About California Couple That Locked Up Children

In California, Riverside County authorities have arrested a couple in a case involving child endangerment and torture. Thirteen of the couple's children were discovered by deputies over the weekend, several of them shackled to their beds. Seven are adults, but appeared to be minors because of their emaciated condition.
