Linguist Weighs In On Trump's 'Would-Wouldn't' Explanation

President Trump said Tuesday he misspoke at a press conference — using "would" instead of "wouldn't" — while talking about Russia's role in 2016 election interference, adding that it was "sort of a double negative."
