In most Seattle offices, air conditioning keeps employees cool in summer. That's not happening at the architecture firm Weber Thompson. Ten years ago, they built their new headquarters without air conditioning, to prove it could be done.

KUOW's Joshua McNichols (@joshuamcnichols) visits their office to see how they're surviving the heat.
