A former Watergate prosecutor says Michael Cohen's plea deal makes President Trump an "unindicted co-conspirator." Cohen, Trump's former personal attorney, said in court Tuesday that he made illegal campaign payments at the direction of the president. Also, Democratic U.S. Rep.
