North and South Korean leaders announced a wide range of agreements Wednesday. The biggest takeaway? Kim Jong Un said he'd permanently dismantle his main nuclear complex only if the U.S. takes corresponding measures. Also, Wednesday marks the anniversary of two devastating earthquakes in Mexico City, one that occurred just last year, resulting in the deaths of hundreds, the other in 1985, which claimed thousands of lives.
