Here & Now's Lisa Mullins remembers Kathy Kriger, the former diplomat and entrepreneur who opened Rick's Cafe in Casablanca, Morocco, in 2004 as an homage to the 1942 movie "Casablanca." Kriger died this summer at age 72, and there was a memorial service for her over the weekend in Oregon.
