California Counties Issue Shelter In Place Orders, Though Not Total Lockdown

Several California counties have ordered residents to shelter in place, as the state sees more than 500 cases of the virus. Millions of people in the area are now confined to their homes except for essential travel, such as groceries. KQED's Marisa Lagos (@mlagos) breaks the situation down for us.
