Trump Pushes Payroll Tax Cut As Congress Fights Over Next Coronavirus Aid Bill

Members of Congress return on Monday, and Republicans and Democrats are already fighting over the details of another aid package. President Trump also says he won't sign a bill unless it includes a payroll tax cut.

Trump also gave a freewheeling interview with Fox News' Chris Wallace Sunday in which he opined on the coronavirus, masks and the Confederate flag.
