What's Behind Ammon Bundy's Arrest

Anti-government activist Ammon Bundy was arrested Tuesday at the Idaho State Capitol after refusing to leave. The arrest comes days after protesters who weren't wearing masks pushed past police into the Capitol at the start of the state's special legislative session.
