MJ Ryan of Rhode Island found a unique solution to what's become a common crisis for family members of nursing care patients: the inability to visit their loved ones during the pandemic. She took a part-time job in a care facility's laundry room so she could visit her mother. Also, on Wednesday, a crowd of protesters gathered outside of a vote counting center in Detroit, chanting "stop the count."
