Essential Workers Likely To Be High Priority for COVID-19 Vaccine
ResumeEssential workers are likely to move up on the COVID-19 vaccine priority list, ahead of people more than 65 years old and those with high-risk medical conditions.
Essential workers include people who work in meatpacking and public transportation. They are more likely to be Black or Hispanic, groups that account for nearly 60% of COVID-19 infections and 50% of COVID-19 deaths.
