NYC To Re-Open Public Elementary Schools Next Week

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that he plans to re-open the city's public elementary schools for in-person learning starting next week, reversing an earlier policy. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said that he supports De Blasio's plan.
