Ventura, Santa Barbara Residents React To New COVID-19 Restrictions In Southern California

California has rolled out new restrictions across large swaths of the state to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The orders to close businesses and stay close to home come as many intensive care units are near capacity.

Here & Now's Tonya Mosley speaks with Lance Orozco, news director for KCLU in Thousand Oaks, which is included in the Southern California region that will be under the new rules for at least the next few weeks.
