New York Creates App That Shows COVID-19 Vaccine, Testing Status

New York and IBM created a smartphone app that can display a person's coronavirus vaccine or recent testing status. Officials say the Excelsior Pass will give people quicker access to gatherings, including sports arenas and large weddings.
