The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says vaccinated Americans no longer have to wear masks. While the move signals a return to normal for much of the U.S., it also stands in contrast to guidelines from states and local governments. And, land-grant universities broadened access to higher education in the U.S. at the expense of Native Americans.
