Congress Races To Keep Government Funded, While Democrats Remain Deadlocked On Infrastructure

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is rallying Democrats to in an attempt to pass a $1 trillion infrastructure bill Thursday. And Congress has yet to pass a bill to keep the government funded past midnight or raise the debt ceiling.
