Navigating Fashion: The New Map

The ARTery‘s Maria Garcia interviewed Latinx author Jay Calderin at Villa Victoria last night on the power of fashion to craft identity, create opportunity and build community. The conversation was followed by a fashion presentation that featured leading local Latinx designers. Calderin, founder of Boston Fashion Week, also signed his latest book, “What They Didn’t Teach You in Fashion School.” Thank you to Porter Square Books for being on hand to sell copies prior to the signing.
