Kevin Donovan

Morning Edition

Kevin Donovan is WBUR's afternoon news writer. He is a frequent contributor to the station's Morning Edition and All Things Considered programs, filing breaking news stories and longer features.

He's also reported stories for the PRI program Here & Now, with subjects ranging from alternative currencies to a nationwide bee die-off.

Kevin came to WBUR in 2003 as a news intern and later joined the station's newscast department.

Before his current post, he was up and alert as early as 2:30 a.m. as a production assistant for WBUR's Morning Edition.

He's grateful now for the sanity a traditional work schedule brings, though his commute, inevitably, has suffered.

Kevin graduated from Boston College with a degree in English.
