The WBUR Membercard is our way of saying thanks—for your continued support of independent news on WBUR, for relying on our original programming, and for all that you make possible. Become a WBUR member when you pledge $60 or more for the news.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding
WBUR membership.

What constitutes membership?
An annual donation of $60 or more automatically makes you a WBUR member.

What does membership mean?
WBUR Membership means you are entitled to the benefits outlined in this brochure. It also means that your financial support makes WBUR possible. I signed up for my pledge to auto-renew.

Will I receive a new card next year?
Your pledge will automatically renew every twelve months and we will send you a new Membercard each year. Please keep in mind that you will need to contact us if your credit card changes or expires.

Do the benefits change?
The benefits listed are subject to change. For the most up-to-date list of participants, please click here.

Can I volunteer at WBUR?
During our on-air fundraisers, we always need help taking pledges. We appreciate help from individuals, groups and businesses. If you’d like to participate, please email volunteer@wbur.org or call 800.909.9287.

I own a business. How can I participate in the Membercard program?
If you would like your business to participate in the Membercard program, please call 617.353.8451. WBUR also appreciates in-kind donations of food during our on-air fundraisers and will thank your business on the air.
