Spare Change's Circulation Woes

For more than a decade, homeless people have been calling out "Spare Change News!" on the streets of Boston and Cambridge. This street newspaper aims at giving homeless men and women a chance to sell, write and manage news about their lives. But over the last few years circulation of Spare Change has plummeted from 30,000 per issue to 10,000.
