Court: No Fraud in Bomber Crash Case
A federal appeals court has ruled that the Air Force and the Justice Department did not commit fraud in the case that established the right to keep state secrets. It's a blow to three Massachusetts women who have tried for the last three years to get the courts to give them a chance to prove their case.
