Outdated Flood Maps May Hinder Insurance

As residents in southwest New Hampshire begin to assess damage to their homes caused by recent floods, some are hoping that federal funds will help them rebuild. But like the rest of the nation, most of New Hampshire's flood maps are not up to date. And some communities don't participate in Federal Emergency Management Programs. As New Hampshire Public Radio's Amy Quinton reports, that means some homeowners may not get the help they need.
