Interview with "Geisha" Author

The new film "Memoirs of a Geisha" tells the story of a young Japanese girl who grows up to become a geisha.

The film is based on the best selling novel by Brookline writer Arthur Golden, who studied Japanese history in college and then lived in Japan for a time.
