Revel's Founder Remembered

In Cambridge, the Christmas Revels season is in full swing. In fact, this is the 35th anniversary of the holiday tradition. And Christmas Eve would have been the 85th birthday of its founder, Jack Langstaff.

Langstaff died last week of a stroke while visiting his daughter in Switzerland.

Though he left his official post at Revels about ten years ago, Langstaff continued to play a strong role in the productions right up until his death.

The artistic director of Revels reflects on the life and work of Jack Langstaff.

This program aired on December 23, 2005. The audio for this program is not available.
