The Big Dig: Jimmy Tingle's Epiphany

Homegrown comedian and political satirist Jimmy Tingle has grown up in, around, under, and over the Central Artery. Now that elevated road system is a thing of the past, replaced by the Big Dig. Construction on that massive project started in 1991 and officially finished this week. After 15 years and approximately $15 billion, commentator Jimmy Tingle has a few choice words on the subject.
