Health Reform Bill Now Law

Massachusetts' health reform package is now law. After striking some parts, Governor Mitt Romney held a signing ceremony at Faneuil Hall yesterday. But lawmakers say they plan to override the governor's vetoes in a couple of weeks.

Romney used his line-item veto power to send back eight sections of the bill. Most significantly, he struck down the employer fee and parts of the Medicaid expansion, but he kept the individual mandate.
