Assessing the Damage

The sun is a welcome sight across eastern Massachusetts this morning.

Recent rains have subsided, and swollen rivers have begun to recede, but as many as 4, 500 are still evacuated.

As the focus turns to assessing the damage, we turn to Peter Judge of the Massachusetts Emergency Management agency.
