Children at Risk of Iodine Deficiency
Some doctors are concerned that some US children might be at risk of iodine deficiency. Iodine shortage is the leading cause of mental retardation worldwide, but in this country it isn't generally recognized as a public health problem. WBUR's Allan Coukell reports.
