Boston Unveils Plans for WiFi Network

Boston is preparing to become one of the nation's first urban areas to provide wireless Internet access all over the city. Other places, such as Philadelphia and San Francisco, have hired private companies to build their systems. But Boston plans to establish a non-profit organization to oversee a citywide Wi-Fi network.
