View from the Flight Crew

Members of the flight crew are often on the frontline of disruptions in their aircraft. Among them is Sara Nelson, a flight attendant for United, the airline whose plane was diverted yesterday.

She is a national spokesperson for the Association of Flight Attendants, which represents her peers at 22 of the nation's airlines. Sara Nelson has been based in Boston for 10 years but joins us this morning from Chicago.
