July MA Home Sales

Massachusetts home sales figures for the month of July are in and the results are not good for sellers.

The Warren Group, which publishes the real estate journal Banker and Tradesman, says single-family home sales in the state last month were down nearly 27% from July 2005. Condo sales dropped more than 23%.

The numbers show the biggest year-to-year decline in home sales since April 1995.
