Logan Airport Memorial Unveiled

A 20-square-foot glass cube sculpture at Logan Airport, will serve as a memorial to those killed in the 9/11 attacks.

Massport unveiled plans for the memorial today. The glass cube sculpture will be set in a small park on the grounds between terminal 'A' and the Logan Hilton Hotel, which donated the land.

The memorial includes two glass columns, inscribed with the names of all those aboard the flights hijacked from Logan Aiport, and flown into the World Trade Center.

The park is expected to be completed in the fall of 2008.
